Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Order Desk Clerk/Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in managing front desk operations, handling customer inquiries, and supporting office administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with office management software. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously.
- Handle all incoming orders, data entry, and processing using Our ERP System and other office software.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and proofreading documents.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks including basic invoicing and record keeping.
- Provide administrative support including typing, data entry, filing, labelling and document proofreading.
- Manage correspondence via email to ensure timely responses.
- Support customer support efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing office supplies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or reception roles; previous experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills; experience with multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; proofreading skills are a plus.
- Prior office experience demonstrating effective time management and organizational abilities is a plus. This role is vital in ensuring smooth front desk operations and supporting overall office efficiency through excellent administrative practices.

Pay: $36,000.00-$39,000.00 per year
