About ESO / Our Mission
ESO builds software that helps communities respond to emergencies and protect people and property. Our mission is to improve outcomes for responders and the public by delivering reliable, secure, and scalable products that support critical work—when minutes matter and failure isn't an option.
How We Work at ESO
Our work is guided by ESO's core values: Teamwork, Passion, Flexibility, and Integrity. We collaborate across teams to solve meaningful problems, bring care and energy to building products that serve first responders, adapt thoughtfully as our organization and technology evolve, and act with honesty and accountability—especially when decisions involve difficult tradeoffs.
