Key ResponsibilitiesProperty & Tenant Management
- Coordinate maintenance and renovation work following tenant move-outs.
- Ensure properties are rent-ready for new tenants.
- Respond to tenant concerns professionally and efficiently.
Owner Relations
- Coordinate onboarding of new property owners.
- Conduct property evaluations and provide recommendations.
- Prepare marketing photos and advertising descriptions.
- Maintain owner records and documentation.
- Manage owner account terminations and property transitions.
- Provide outstanding communication and service to property owners.
Maintenance & Vendor Management
- Review completed maintenance work and vendor invoices for quality and accuracy.
- Process maintenance billing.
- Coordinate maintenance vendors and contractors.
- Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
- Meet regularly with maintenance personnel to review progress and resolve issues.
Renovation Project Management
- Identify properties requiring renovations.
- Inspect properties and prepare renovation estimates.
- Obtain owner approvals and deposits.
- Coordinate renovation schedules and supervise contractors.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality.
- Provide owners with regular progress updates and photos.
- Complete final invoicing upon project completion.
Financial Administration
- Process maintenance and renovation billing.
- Review vendor invoices and quotations.
- Manage billing for cleaning and grounds maintenance.
- Monitor collections and delinquent accounts.
- Assist with payment reconciliation and financial reporting.
Leadership & Operations
- Resolve escalated owner, tenant, and maintenance issues.
- Improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with administration, leasing, accounting, and maintenance teams.
Emergency Response
- Participate in an after-hours emergency rotation.
- Coordinate emergency repairs and vendor dispatch.
- Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved.
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
