- STRONG COMPUTER & INTERNET SKILLS

- TREB STRATUS, WEB FORMS, MICROSOFT WORD, EXCEL, PUBLISHER ETC...

- PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS

- STRONG VERBAL & WRITTEN SKILLS

- STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

- ABILITY TO WORK EFFICIENTLY INDEPENDENTLY &/OR AS A TEAM MEMBER IN A BUSY FAST PACED OFFICE ENVIRONMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- ANSWER ALL INCOMING CALLS

- PROCESS INCOMING & OUTGOING EMAILS & FAXES

- MAINTAINING OFFICE TIDINESS

- PHOTOCOPYING, SCANNING, FILING- PREPARE LETTERS, UPDATE THE LISTING BOARD

- BROKER LOAD NEW LISTINGS, STATUS CHANGES, ORDER SIGNS, ORDER VIRTUAL TOURS

- PREPARE OFFERS, AMENDMENTS, PRICE CHANGES, NOTICE OF FULFILLMENT’S ETC...

- PREPARE LISTING PACKAGES - FILING

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative Assistant: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative: 2 years (Preferred)
