Your Role
As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent client service and operational efficiency within our sleep services department. Your responsibilities will include managing client interactions, providing phone support, scheduling appointments, maintaining precise patient records, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Coordinate and schedule patient appointments for diagnostic tests, consultations, and follow-up visits, ensuring all necessary paperwork and patient records are prepared and maintained.

Serve as the primary contact for sleep patients, managing all inbound and outbound communications to ensure patients are fully prepared and comfortable with their care plans.

Work closely with sleep medicine specialists and healthcare providers to implement effective care plans for patients.

Provide educational resources and support to patients on sleep disorders and treatment options.

Liaise with insurance companies to verify coverage, obtain authorizations, and assist with billing inquiries.

Foster a learning environment by supporting new team members and participating in professional development programs.
Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical administration or customer service preferred.

Proven background in customer service, ideally within a medical or healthcare setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong typing skills (minimum 45 WPM).

Experience with EMR systems, particularly Med Access, is advantageous.

Preferred: Completion of a recognized sleep credential program (e.g., CPSGT, CCSH); candidates without this qualification but willing to undergo training are also encouraged to apply.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Foreign medical graduates and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are encouraged to apply.
