Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- On occasion, Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient service delivery
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner while adhering to client preferences and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized service
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism during each visit
- Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time and completing scheduled appointments consistently
Skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential environments
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Ability to perform laundry tasks accurately and efficiently when needed
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to foster positive client relationships
- Hospitality experience or background is advantageous for understanding client expectations
- Ability to work independently with a positive attitude and reliability
- Must be physically capable of performing detailed residential cleaning work
- Must provide a clean criminal background check
