Our client, a leading organization in customer support services, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (French Bilingual) to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting inbound customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to help others, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $23/hour
Shift: Full Time (flexible shifts)

- Assist all customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats.
- Communicate a variety of information to the customer effectively.
- Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction.
- Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.
What's Needed?
- French bilingual is a must.
- A high school diploma (or equivalent).
- 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience.
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled.
