Pivotal Staffing Solutions is currently hiring Food Production & Packaging Associates for a well-established bakery manufacturing facility in Cambridge, Ontario.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous manufacturing experience, as well as those looking to start a career in food production.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily food and bakery production activities.
- Prepare and handle ingredients according to production procedures.
- Package, label, and inspect finished products.
- Ensure products meet quality and packaging standards.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area.
- Follow GMP, food safety, and health & safety procedures.
- Work with the production team to meet daily targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous food production, manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with good attendance.
- Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures.
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes are required.
