Our company has been in business since 1994 and are looking to expand our parts staff. The staff is responsible for offering a consultative, customer-focused approach to Motorcycle, Marine, ORV & Snowmobile parts sales by performing the following duties:
-Greeting customers at the counter and performing a vehicle needs analysis.
-Speaking with customers over the phone and addressing their parts requirements.
-Ability to research and find parts needed for customers and service work orders.
-Locate inventory and maintain knowledge of current inventory stocking procedures.
- Notify service manager when special ordered parts have been received.
-Completing all payments, orders and arranging for customer pick up.
-Attending/completing required training and department meetings as required.
-Keeping a working knowledge of competitor products and market conditions.
-Receiving shipments from suppliers.
-Willing to train the proper individual that is willing to learn.
-Experienced individuals are also encouraged to apply.
-Powersports background is an asset.
-Mechanical knowledge is an asset.
-Work week is Tuesday through Saturday, closed Sunday & Monday.
The position is a full time, permanent position.
Starting date is negotiable pending a successful application and interview.
