- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
- Experience with upselling techniques is advantageous.
- A friendly demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
