Lead the design, development, validation, and production release of Interior Rear View Mirror (IRVM) systems.

Manage the release and integration of mechanical and electrical/electronic components.

Coordinate component design, CAD packaging, engineering changes, BOM, and technical documentation.

Develop and execute DVP&R activities and support prototype and production builds.

Work closely with engineering teams, manufacturing plants, and Tier 1 suppliers to resolve technical issues.

Support root cause analysis for production and field/warranty concerns.

Drive improvements related to cost, weight, quality, and product performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an ABET-accredited or equivalent program.

Minimum 2 years of design, release engineering, and CAD packaging experience.

Experience with rear-view mirrors or automotive mechatronic components such as latches, window regulators, interior mirrors, or seats.

Experience releasing both mechanical and electrical components.

Experience with mirror suppliers such as SMR, Magna Mirrors, Ficosa, or SL Corp is an asset.

Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office and database applications.
