Venus Cosmedical Clinic is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and results-driven Senior Laser Hair Removal Sales Consultant & Medical Laser Technician.
This position is not suitable for entry-level candidates. We are looking for an experienced professional who can confidently perform consultations, operate medical-grade laser devices, educate clients, and consistently convert consultations into treatment package sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive laser hair removal consultations.
* Assess clients’ skin types and determine appropriate treatment plans.
* Recommend customized treatment packages based on client goals.
* Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and confidently using medical-grade laser systems.
* Educate clients on treatment expectations, pre-care, post-care, and maintenance.
* Consistently convert consultations into booked treatment plans.
* Follow up with leads and existing clients to maximize conversions and client retention.
* Maintain detailed and accurate client records.
* Work collaboratively with physicians and clinic staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
* Create engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, educational videos, and before-and-after content.
* Respond professionally to social media inquiries and convert online leads into consultations.
* Contribute to achieving monthly clinic sales and performance goals.
Mandatory Qualifications

* Minimum 3 years of experience working in a medical aesthetic clinic.
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience performing laser hair removal treatments.
* Proven experience selling laser hair removal packages and achieving sales targets.
* Strong consultation and client closing skills.
* Extensive knowledge of laser hair removal treatments, Fitzpatrick skin types, contraindications, treatment protocols, and patient safety.
* Experience operating medical-grade laser hair removal devices.
* Fluent in both English and Persian (Farsi) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
* Professional appearance and confident presentation.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Alexandrite, Nd:YAG, and Diode laser platforms.
* Experience with EMR and clinic management software.
* Existing client following is considered an asset.
* Experience in luxury medical aesthetics or cosmetic clinics.

* Generating leads through social media platforms

Pay: $25.00-$60.00 per hour
