Amani Protection is looking for a licensed Security Guard to provide overnight security at a festival site in Hamilton.
The guard will be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence and conducting routine patrols of the festival grounds between event days. This is primarily a site-monitoring and patrol position.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols throughout the festival grounds
- Monitor the property and surrounding areas
- Ensure the site remains secure and orderly overnight
- Check for anything unusual or out of place during patrols
- Help prevent unauthorized access to the festival grounds
- Report any incidents or concerns as required
- Maintain a professional and courteous presence
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working an overnight shift
- Able to remain alert and conduct regular foot patrols
- Professional appearance and communication
Shift length: 11 hours
Rate: $25/hour
This is a straightforward overnight patrol assignment between festival operating hours.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 11.0 per week
