Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Program Coordinator / Administrator to join their team. As a Program Coordinator / Administrator, you will be part of the operations department supporting project management and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to work effectively within a team, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Program Coordinator / Administrator
Location: Brampton, ON
Pay Rate: $26/hr
Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Schedule and facilitate kickoff and recurring meetings, develop agendas, and manage stakeholder communication to ensure project milestones are met.
- Compile and analyze data from various sources, summarize findings, and prepare recommendations for the Program Management team.
- Assist with administering project schedules from inception to closeout, ensuring results are achieved on time.
- Organize, track, and communicate critical operational information to support departmental goals and monitor progress.
- Maintain organized project files and update material order tracking to ensure smooth project execution.
What's Needed?
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to execute various projects successfully.
- Proficiency in managing project tasks and tracking progress using analytical and motivational skills.
- Ability to pass a security clearance, demonstrating trustworthiness and reliability.
