At Work Truck West we build custom medium-duty work truck packages for our customers across Canada to meet their needs. We are searching for a Shipper/Receiver to join our team. The Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for unloading palatized goods, verifying shipments, coordinating returns, and communicating with suppliers and internal departments.

Responsibilities:
· Ensure the receiving area is clear, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
· Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
· Physically inspect, label, and unload incoming shipments of palletized goods in a timely manner.
· Verify the accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
· Coordinate warehouse transfers by palletizing goods and arranging shipping.
· Coordinate returns to suppliers (RMAs).
· Communicate with carriers and internal departments to resolve any receiving issues.
· Assist the Warehouse Manager as needed.
Requirements:
· Forklift experience.
· Experience in a shipping and receiving role or similar environment.
· Ability to work safely in a team environment.
· High attention to detail and expedient service.
· Ability to prioritize tasks.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs safely.
This position is full-time, during the day, permanent, and starts ASAP.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Overtime on an as-needed basis.
Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and/or qualifications.
