Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to provide exceptional massage therapy services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a variety of massage techniques, dedicated to client care, and passionate about contributing to the overall health and wellness of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs and tailor massage treatments accordingly.
- Perform high-quality massage therapy sessions using various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for ongoing care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Uphold a clean, safe, and professional environment in the treatment rooms.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuing education requirements.
Qualifications:
- Registered and in good standing with a recognized massage therapy association.
- Valid license to practice massage therapy.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist preferred.
- Proficient in various massage techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
