Warehouse Loader – Full-Time

Job Overview
We are currently hiring Warehouse Loaders for our client in Scarborough. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse loading experience who are physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Successful candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of performing repetitive heavy lifting while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Shift ScheduleTraining Schedule
- 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday, Sunday–Friday, or assigned 6-day schedule)
Regular Schedule
(Based on performance after training)
- 10:15 PM – 8:30 AM
- Shift may finish earlier depending on workload.
Job Responsibilities
- Load products safely and efficiently onto trucks and trailers.
- Perform repetitive heavy lifting throughout the shift.
- Use a manual walkie to transport products within the warehouse.
- Ensure products are loaded accurately and securely.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse loader experience.
- Ability to perform continuous heavy lifting throughout the shift.
- Experience operating a manual walkie is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Candidates living in Scarborough or nearby areas are preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

- Top-performing Loaders can achieve earnings similar to the Order Picker position through performance incentives.
- If performance standards are not met, bonuses will not apply, and performance will be reviewed and re-evaluated.
