Apex Roof Solutions & Exteriors is a Calgary-based residential and commercial roofing and exteriors contractor built on durable work, transparent pricing, and systems that actually work. We document every job with photos, present every quote through professional proposals, and back our craftsmanship with a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. We're growing fast — and we're looking for a closer who wants to grow with us.
This is a field-based outside sales role. You'll spend your days in front of homeowners and property owners, not behind a desk. We hand you qualified leads, give you the tools to win them, and reward you for production.
What You'll Do
- Meet homeowners and property owners on-site to assess roofing and exterior needs
- Conduct roof and exterior inspections and document them with photos
- Build and present tailored proposals using our quoting system (Roofr)
- Close deals and own the relationship from first handshake to project kickoff
- Work a healthy mix of company-provided leads and your own self-generated opportunities (canvassing, referrals, networking)
- Coordinate a clean handoff to our production team so the job gets built right
- Track your pipeline and activity, and tell us what's working and what isn't
What You'll Earn
Base salary + uncapped commission. OTE $75,000–$120,000+ depending on production.

What We're Looking For
- A genuine closer — you can explain technical work clearly and persuasively, and you ask for the sale
- Proven relationship-building and customer service skills; people trust you
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Self-starter who manages their own time and hits targets without being chased
- Comfortable on customer properties and doing basic exterior assessments (ladders, roofs, attics)
- Valid Alberta driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable using a CRM and basic software to manage a pipeline and build proposals
Assets (not required, but they'll move you to the top of the pile)
- Experience in roofing, exterior construction, or home improvement sales
- Insurance/storm restoration or supplementing experience (Xactimate a strong plus)
- Existing book of contacts or referral network in Southern Alberta
