- 5–6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including HR management responsibilities
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and influence teams across all levels of the organization
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with employment laws, workplace policies, and HR best practices
- Experience managing employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to drive HR initiatives from strategy through execution
- Leading day-to-day HR operations and supporting organizational goals through effective people practices
- Providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations
- Ensuring compliance with employment standards, legislation, and company policies
- Partnering with leadership to support talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives
- Coaching managers on HR best practices and people-related matters
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR programs, processes, and policies
- Full-time permanent position
- Based in Toronto
- 5 days per week on-site
