Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Roofer/Labourer to join our roofing team. Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools and power tools
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up ladders, and organizing materials
- Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials such as shingles, plywood, and other materials safely and efficiently
- Use caulking and sealing techniques to ensure waterproofing and weatherproofing of roofs
- Support carpentry tasks related to roofing structures
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste properly
Qualifications
- Experience with tools, and carpentry is highly preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods
- Must be comfortable working at heights and steep slopes.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is preferred.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to roofing
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety
Pay: $17.58-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
