Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
- Maintain sales and marketing effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up with potential customers through phone calls and emails.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, inventory, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to customers.
- Assist in maintaining the showroom's appearance, ensuring vehicles are clean and presentable.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Proficient in math for handling transactions, financing options, and pricing negotiations.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Previous experience in sales management or sales support is an advantage but not required.
- A valid driver's license is required.
