The Role
We’re hiring a B2B Health and Wellness Business Development Expert to build and grow the business side of MindShift Labs — selling our mental-wellness platform as a benefit or service to companies, health plans, and wellness organizations. You’ll own the full B2B growth motion: identifying the right partners and buyers, building the pipeline, running the sales process, and turning early deals into a repeatable go-to-market engine. This is a founder-adjacent, build-it-yourself role for someone who wants to own a genuinely new revenue line.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for MindShift’s B2B offering, including target verticals (e.g., employers/HR benefits, health insurers, EAPs, corporate wellness platforms, clinics) and ideal customer profiles.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through to signed contract outbound outreach, discovery calls, demos, proposals, and negotiation.
- Develop and pitch tailored value propositions and pricing/packaging for different B2B buyers (e.g., per-seat employer wellness benefits vs. white-label partnerships with health plans).
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with brokers, benefits consultants, EAP providers, insurers, and wellness distributors to open new channels.
- Own commercial terms and contract negotiation, working with leadership on pricing structure, SLAs, and rollout plans for new B2B accounts.
- Partner with product to translate enterprise/partner requirements (admin dashboards, reporting, integrations, compliance needs) into the roadmap.
- Manage relationships with early B2B clients post-sale to drive adoption, renewal, and expansion (upsell/cross-sell across an account).
- Represent MindShift Labs at relevant industry events, conferences, and partner forums to build the brand’s presence in the health & wellness B2B space.
- Track and report on pipeline, conversion, deal size, and revenue against targets, and continuously refine the sales playbook based on what’s working.
- Work daily prospecting of businesses and organizations outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to introduce them to MindShift and its features and build a steady stream of new opportunities.
- Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking functions in person to sell and promote the app to potential B2B clients and partners.
