Chatime is one of the largest and farthest-reaching bubble tea chain brands globally, offering innovative tea beverages with over 1000 locations worldwide in 30 countries.
Store Location:
- Chatime Ellesmere (2030 Ellesmere Road, Scarborough)
Responsibilities:
- Craft beverages, prepare toppings, and package food for customers
- Operate the Point of Sales (POS) computer and safely handle cash
- Interact with customers in positive and friendly manner, and use effective problem solving to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain inventory by replenishing products and supplies when needed
- Maintain safe and healthy work environments by following company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure a consistently clean and well-maintained store, including all front and back areas
- Adhere to the cleaning procedures and operating checklists
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and ability to confidently interact with customers
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Experience working in a fast-paced food service environment
- Ability to remain self-motivated, organized, and calm under fast-paced pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to understand, follow, and adhere to procedures
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Must be available for evening/closing shifts until 11:30pm and weekends until 12:30am
