Bright Beginnings of Tweed & District.operates two licensed childcare centres in Tweed Ontario area. The centres offers three programs of quality care for children ages 1-12 years.
Registered Early Childhood educator required to work in a licensed child care program with a team of professional educators at our Little Explorers site, in Actinolite Ontario. The position involves supervising a group of children and supporting children with needs. Needs range from physical, learning or behavioural issues. Only candidates with ECE degrees accepted . Experience with children in a licensed centre prefeed. Position includes lifting, bending, kneeling, walking, sitting and use of stairs.
Candidate must be a strong team player, compassionate and flexible with great communication skills and willingness to learn. Candidate should understand the unique needs of rural communities and be able to travel in all weather.
The position is part to full time hours, no weekends required.
All educators must provide full up to date immunizations, up to date Standard First Aid and CPR, Level C, and ability to procure a clear vulnerable sector report.
