Responsibilities
Provide quality care and supervision for children
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities including arts, STEM, outdoor play, literacy, and creative experiences.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, school staff, and team members.
Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment.
Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Follow licensing regulations, health and safety policies, and centre procedures.
Encourage positive behaviour using respectful guidance practices.
