We're looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple brands and locations.
Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, social media content, events, promotions, and digital communications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and is passionate about hospitality, food, beverage, and lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Assist with the scheduling of social media content across multiple brands.
- Draft community management responses and promotional copy.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with guests as required.
Marketing Campaigns
- Support the execution of seasonal campaigns, promotions, and special events.
- Coordinate marketing assets including menus, posters, digital signage, website content, and email campaigns.
Digital Marketing
- Assist with website updates and content management.
- Support email marketing initiatives, including audience segmentation and reporting.
- Monitor online listings and ensure business information is accurate across platforms.
Reporting & Analysis
- Compile weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Track campaign performance, social media engagement, and promotional results.
- Assist with competitor research and market analysis.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate printing, signage, and promotional materials.
- Maintain marketing asset libraries and project files.
- Liaise with venue leadership teams, vendors, agencies, and creative partners.
- Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing, communications, or social media experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is required.
- Photography, videography, and basic graphic design skills are considered an asset.
- Valid BC Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the Lower Mainland and surrounding areas to support venue visits, content creation, events, and marketing initiatives.
