Job Overview
Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, as the Tenant Services Coordinator, you are responsible to provide administrative support to the business unit. You act as the first point of contact for Tenants and ensure delivery of excellent service to exceed customer expectations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Managing conference centre, reservation booking and scheduling, equipment arrangement/set-up and troubleshooting of audio visual and WIFI, and general cleaning.

Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and system-related problems to restore normal functionality and minimize downtime of conference centre meeting rooms.

Managing access cards for tenants and use of bike area in parkade. Coordinating and dispatching tenant service requests to Building Operators.

Liaising with tenants for notices and correspondences, handling tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner to ensure delivery of excellent customer service.

Managing calendars, schedules and coordinating meetings including taking and distributing meeting minutes to relevant parties.

Providing general information and/or routing to the appropriate parties, managing incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages.

Maintaining record-keeping system, managing and analyze work orders, updating manuals, procedures, forms and tracking spreadsheets ensuring accuracy of information.

Ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and preparing expense reports.

Managing training for Building Operators to ensure completion.

Providing support to other projects or duties as assigned.

Essential Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a tenant relations role.

Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.

Comfortable using office equipment, Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and SharePoint).

Work Conditions
You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Overtime may occasionally be required.
