We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Medical Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations at our healthcare facility. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient care
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Manage electronic medical records systems such as Dentrix and other healthcare software
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and safety protocols
- Coordinate scheduling for patients and staff to optimize clinic efficiency
- Handle human resources functions including staffing, conflict resolution, and employee development
- Oversee billing, budgeting, and financial management of the clinic
- Maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and patient care continuity
- Implement policies and procedures to improve clinic operations and patient satisfaction
Experience
- Proven experience in dental or medical office management, with familiarity using Dentrix or similar EMR systems
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience in a healthcare setting is essential
- Knowledge of medical terminology, hospital procedures, nursing practices, and acute care environments is highly desirable
- Experience in budgeting, financial oversight, and human resources management within a healthcare context
- Background in hospital or clinical settings with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and healthcare software applications
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and patient-centered service delivery
Pay: $18.59-$53.89 per hour
