Little Beans Play Café is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Barista to join our team. We are a busy family focused café where exceptional customer service, quality beverages, and a welcoming atmosphere are our top priorities.
Position Details
- Part-time to full-time opportunities available
- Must be available weekdays, weekends, and school holidays as needed
- Competitive wage based on experience
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso beverages, coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks
- Prepare light food items and assist with basic kitchen duties
- Provide outstanding customer service to families and guests
- Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, kitchen, and customer areas
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Previous barista or café experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Food Safe certification is an asset
