The Parkside Hotel & Spa is currently seeking an awesome individual to fill the positions of Guest Service Agent! Our Team Members are a fun and inclusive collection of individuals who thrive in a creative and energetic environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assists guests in a friendly, professional manner at both check-in, check-out, and throughout the guests stays.
- Helps guests with inquiries and tourist information with a smile!
- Answers multiline telephone and directing calls as needed.
- Makes reservations as needed.
- Accepts payment and runs daily reports.
- Communicates with all departments to ensure operations run smoothly .
- Other duties as required.

What else we need from you:
- Experience in guest services or hotel reservations would be amazing!
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel is a must.
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
