We are seeking a reliable and skilled Reach Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the overall distribution process.
What you'll do:
- Safely operate a stand up reach truck to move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to maximize space and accessibility.
- Perform regular equipment checks and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Receive and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Record and document inventory transactions in our warehouse management system.
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory audits.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet shipping and receiving deadlines.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team loading and unloading with a sit-down counterbalance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Perform other duties assigned.
What we need from you:
- 1 years of proven recent experience as a stand-up reach truck operator in a warehouse environment.
- Valid Reach from an authorized forklift training school.
- Able to drive Linde Deep Reach
- Must be comfortable with the Casepicking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to multitask.
- High level of attention to detail.
- RF scanning experience.
- Availability to work over 40hrsJob type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21/hr
Shift schedule: 9:30am to 6pm
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Expected Hours: 40hrs
