As Program Administrator, Undergraduate Medical Education, you will support a highly integrated curriculum through the planning, delivery and evaluation of courses that features early exposure to clinical content, patients and the community setting. You will draw upon your strong problem solving skills and technical proficiency to adjust to changing circumstances and to adapt to the latest learning technologies. Your ability to work with a committed core of constituents and your adeptness working with online course materials, assessments and evaluations are key to the successful delivery of the Anesthesia Clerkship Curriculum.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the first point of contact and responding to inquiries
Providing detailed information to students on program and course requirements
Preparing examination timetables and coordinating interview and program schedules with stakeholders
Receiving, checking completeness and circulating applications for review, and calculating student grades
Coordinating event logistics and providing committee support
Identifying and analyzing data discrepancies and generating reports
Advanced College Diploma (3 years) or acceptable combination of equivalent experience, preferably in University or hospital setting
Minimum two years of relevant experience coordinating education programs
Demonstrated student services experience, including coordinating interview schedules and examination timetables
Experience interpreting and applying program policies and procedures
Experience providing committee support and coordinating events
Experience preparing correspondence and maintaining website content
Experience maintaining data and generating reports
Advanced proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Professional, student information systems, learning management systems, content management systems, survey tools and virtual meeting technologies
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage priorities, multi-task and meetdeadlines
A commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness
Ability to exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality, flexibility and sound judgment
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate meeting schedules
Experience with Faculty of Medicine residency and medical education curriculum processes
Exposure to Elentra, Quercus, MEDSIS, POWER, OATS

Pay Scale Group & Hiring Zone:
USW Pay Band 08 - $55,400 with an annual step progression to a maximum of $70,847. Pay scale and job class assignment is subject to determination pursuant to the Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
