The Role
We are seeking an experienced, data-driven conversion optimization lead to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the onsite experience and web strategy to more efficiently convert site traffic into our onboarding funnel. They will optimize and improve conversion of our existing homepage, public & paid landing pages via a robust pipeline of A/B tests focused on design/layout, content, value-prop and messaging optimizations. They will partner closely with our product team to ensure a seamless transition of site prospect to paying user and our integrated marketing team to improve consumer familiarity and consideration of Felix’s product offering. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and experience in digital marketing, user experience (UX) optimization, and value-prop messaging.
You Will
Develop and execute a roadmap of A/B and multivariate tests that optimize conversion of public & paid onsite pages, user flows and in-app experiences.
Manage the end-to-end experimentation process including hypothesis setting, test design, KPI selection and goals, test execution, results measuring and recommendations
Conduct user research, surveys and usability testing to identify opportunities for conversion rate improvement across the website, in-app and other digital channels.
Collaborate closely with several teams to deliver a range of business outcomes, including:
Product teams to ensure that the site visitors journey is optimized for conversion through our website onboarding flow and in-app
Integrated marketing teams to deliver consumer familiarity & consideration goals, integrated marketing campaigns and new product launches
UX & design teams to implement messaging, content and layout improvements per A/B testing pipeline
Content marketing and SEO agency teams to ensure we are prioritizing, building and optimizing new landing pages and blog posts
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other CRO platforms to monitor and report on the performance of optimization initiatives.
Regularly conduct data analysis and present performance reports, findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

You Have:
Critical competencies:
6+ years experience in managing complex CRO programs on a national scale
Experience working with product design, UX/UI to develop new landing page concepts
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Adobe Experience, or similar platforms.
Experience with product value-prop messaging and communication
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
Extensive experience in conversion rate optimization and/or product growth
Extensive experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis.
Solid expertise in web analytics, including GA4 and GTM.
B2C and Healthcare background is a plus
Bachelor degree
