As a licensed customer service specialist over 90% of your day is spent reviewing MVR and Auto Plus reports for auto policies. Dealing with different calls and clients, you tailor your interaction to the situation at hand. And if challenges arise during a call, you take ownership and find graceful ways to deal with them.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Working in Square One’s customer service centre you will have many important responsibilities, including:
- Review Motor Vehicle Records, and AutoPlus and action as per underwriting guidelines.
- Completing a variety of policy-related activities.
- Contributing to quality control initiatives.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Your experience and education, combined with product and sales training we provide, helps ensure your success at Square One. For this role, you have:
- An active General Insurance License in Ontario (OTL).
- Previous auto insurance experience.
- 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- At least 1 year of tenure with a recent employer.
- A high school diploma and, preferably, some post-secondary education.
