We are seeking a dedicated Auto Parts Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from auto repair shops
- Look up parts using a catalog software
- Handle sales transactions accurately
- Enter customer orders accurately
- Confirm pricing and availability
- Manage order fulfillment, including processing online or phone orders and coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery
- Offer excellent phone etiquette to address customer inquiries, follow up on orders, and resolve issues promptly
Experience
- Previous dealership experience or retail sales background preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong communication skills, including negotiation and phone etiquette, are essential
- Familiarity with automotive parts catalog systems is an asset
- Experience in order fulfillment, cash handling, and customer service roles will contribute to success in this position
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for managing inventory and processing transactions effectively
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
