About the Position
Purity Feed is a local retailer/distributor of farm and pet supplies in the Kamloops and Merritt area.
Our Kamloops location is currently seeking a full-time E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Coordinator to manage daily online order processing and product catalog optimization through the Shopify platform. and assist with inventory monitoring through the Shopify platform. Our e-commerce presence is growing rapidly, and this role is designed to grow with it — offering real opportunity for the right person. Our Ideal Candidate
- Prior e-commerce fulfillment experience - preferably with a Shopify-built website.
- Able to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable problem-solving in a fast-paced office/retail environment.
Primary Responsibilities
In this role, the successful candidate will balance online order fulfillment logistics with product catalog optimization and cross-location inventory movement coordination on a daily basis. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Daily fulfillment and processing of online orders through Shopify.
- Monitoring of order queues and resolution of fulfillment exceptions.
- Monitoring of inventory levels across locations to identify discrepancies and coordinate necessary corrections with Purity Feed's accounting staff.
- Performing Shopify payout reconciliations.
- Adding new products to the Shopify storefront and optimizing existing product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SEO).
- Using Shopify apps to optimize fulfillment and inventory workflows.
- Coordinating with suppliers and team members on stock levels and reorder needs.
- Generating basic reports on order and inventory performance.
- Assisting customers on the retail floor as needed to build hands-on familiarity with Purity Feed's wide product range.
Compensation
