This is a permanent, full-time onsite position based at:
- 255 Consumers Road, Suite 400, Toronto, ON M2J 1R4
We are looking for candidates who are available to work any five (5) days per week on a rotational schedule within the following hours:
Current Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Future Flexibility: Hours may extend until 9:00 PM on weekdays, with regular Saturday shifts

Responsibilities:
- Application Walk-Through Support
Guide prospects through the loan application process with clear, step-by-step support
Answer questions and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish
- Assist in Funding Loans
Help customers complete any outstanding steps to fund their loan quickly and efficiently
- Make Proactive Outbound Calls
Use a computer-based dialer to reach out to prospects who started but didn’t complete their loan applications
- Question Resolution
Answer questions about the application process, eligibility, and general loan details
Build trust and confidence with prospects
- Retail Referral Support
When appropriate, direct customers to a nearby retail location for in-person assistance and further support
- Accurate Documentation
Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM system
What Are We Looking For?
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (outbound preferred)
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working toward targets
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Resilience and a positive attitude
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Time management and follow-up discipline
- Confidence in handling objections and closing conversations
