Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety.
- Provide body waxing services as requested by clients, ensuring comfort and professionalism throughout the process.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering expert advice, and creating a relaxing experience.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked for efficient service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
Skills
- Proficiency in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, and nail art.
- Experience or knowledge in body waxing procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.
- Excellent sanitation practices to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Effective communication skills for explaining treatments and upselling products or additional services.
