Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and HARD WORKING Indoor Cannabis Cultivation Worker to join our team in a fast-paced, environmentally controlled cultivation facility. This role involves supporting the growth and maintenance of cannabis plants through various horticultural and mechanical tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a safe and efficient manner. SOme Weekend shofts are required.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine plant care including pruning, trimming, and staking to promote optimal growth.
- Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment for planting, harvesting, and maintenance activities.
- Assist with heavy lifting of plants, soil, or supplies as needed to support daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cultivation area to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience or knowledge in horticulture, gardening, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a controlled environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about cannabis cultivation practices. This position offers an opportunity to develop specialized skills within the cannabis industry while contributing to a sustainable cultivation process in a professional setting.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
