JOB SUMMARY
The Server/Bartender is responsible for providing professional, knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, food and beverage service in a timely manner and deliver the ultimate guest experience. As part of Cheffry’s Bistro, our goal is to drive the highest standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure an outstanding guest experience. It’s a Full-Time requirement.
YOUR PROFILE
- Previous serving experience in a reputable bar/restaurant
- Professional, enthusiastic, energetic, a people person
- Able to work and communicate well.
- Able to lift to 50lb, reach, bend, push and stoop.
- Able to work in a standing position for a long period of time.
RESPONSINBILITIES
· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
· Take customer orders and provide recommendations on food & drink selections.
· Maintain a clean and organized area.
· Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
· Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
· Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers.
· Stocking the bar inventory when needed
· Other duties as required.
SKILLS
· Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and brewing techniques
· Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
· Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
· Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
· Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations.
· Perform related maintenance/cleaning of equipment.
· Anticipate guest's needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge guests even when busy!
· All other duties as required.
