- Culinary diploma is required (formal culinary training)
Key Responsibilities
- Execute dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and station ownership
- Follow recipes, prep lists, and service protocols accurately
- Perform efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining quality
- Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements
- Proven experience working in fast-paced restaurant environments
- Strong knife skills and understanding of core cooking techniques
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask during peak service hours
- High level of organization, cleanliness, and discipline
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume or chef-driven restaurants
- Familiarity with structured kitchen systems and station management
- Basic understanding of inventory and prep workflows
