We’re looking for a dedicated Service Appointment Coordinator to support our service department by ensuring a steady flow of scheduled service appointments and delivering excellent customer communication. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm customer service appointments to support an efficient and well-organized service department.
- Proactively contact customers to book upcoming maintenance and repair appointments.
- Manage inbound and outbound appointment requests through phone, email, and dealership systems.
- Follow up with customers to confirm bookings, reschedule missed appointments, and reduce no-shows.
- Support post-service satisfaction follow-ups and gather feedback when required.
- Identify customer concerns during calls and coordinate with the service team when needed.
- Document all appointment activity, customer interactions, and feedback in dealership software.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure workflow efficiency and timely scheduling.
- Provide customers with accurate information on service offerings and availability.
- Maintain organized schedules and prioritize daily appointment booking targets.
Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and scheduling tasks.
- Self-starter who can work independently and meet booking targets.
- Prior experience in customer service or scheduling roles preferred.
- Comfortable using computer systems and dealership software.
- Strong attention to detail and customer-first mindset.
- Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
Location Requirements
Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Toronto, ON M1B 5V7 or plan to relocate before starting work.
Experience Required
1 year in customer service, scheduling, or a related field.
Additional Information
Vacancy Status: One (1) existing vacancy available for immediate hire.
Compensation: $19 to $22 per hour (based on experience)
