Shifts: Vary in their start and end time and can change due to the needs of our guests. A mixture of days, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
What you will be doing as a Room Attendant:
- Clean all assigned guestrooms to the Muir standard. This includes making beds, change sheets, vacuuming, cleaning, folding, dusting, and polishing guest rooms;
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest;
- Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service;
- Such other similar or related duties may be required from time to time.
Your experience and skills include:
- A motivated, high performance team player;
- Ability to anticipate guest needs, being professional and welcoming;
- Organized with great attention to detail;
- Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods of time;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Must be able to make repeated and continued movements of the shoulders, elbows, and hands (below waist and overhead movement);
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
