Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and timely delivering products to our customers. As a Delivery Person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Operate delivery vehicles in a safe and responsible manner
- Deliver products to customers in a timely fashion
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Perform warehouse duties such as loading and unloading products
- Handle and move products with care to prevent damage
- Utilize forklifts for loading and unloading when necessary
- Conduct commercial driving tasks efficiently
Experience:
- Proven experience in commercial driving and delivery operations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures and equipment
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Prior experience operating forklifts is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work in different environments and weather conditions
