JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the Room Attendant creates clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms that contribute to a positive Tigh-Na-Mara guest experience.
This hands-on role prepares and cleans guest rooms by making beds, replenishing linens and amenities, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and completing other housekeeping duties to meet established cleanliness and presentation standards.
The Room Attendant works efficiently and safely while maintaining attention to detail, responding to guest needs, and helping ensure guest rooms and assigned areas are prepared and maintained to a high standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to established cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards.
- Make beds, change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure guest rooms are welcoming and ready for arrival.
- Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, sanitize surfaces, and complete other housekeeping duties as required.
- Maintain cleaning equipment, carts, and supplies in a clean, safe, organized, and stocked condition.
- Report maintenance concerns, lost and found items, and other guest room concerns to the appropriate Team Member or leader.
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with Housekeeping Team Members to complete assigned rooms while maintaining quality and service standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Positive, professional, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks involving bending, lifting, reaching, and climbing stairs throughout the shift.
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, hotel, or resort experience is considered an asset; training will be provided.
COMPENSATION
$23.00 per hour
