S. Dilawri Automotive Group is currently seeking Parts Advisors to join our dynamic team.
Essential Job Duties:
· Provide efficient and excellent customer services as it pertains to parts
· Receive requests from employees for parts to fix customer vehicles in for servicing
· Cost out parts to the Work Order for accurate billing and invoices
· Attend to requests for purchase of parts from retail customers
· Assist Parts Team to receive and shelve parts orders
· Locate and arrange for travel for necessary parts
· Offer timeline expectation for parts delivery should it not be in stock
Position Requirements:
· Minimum of 1 year of retail customer service experience. Knowledge of auto parts, as well as parts warehousing experience is a strong asset.
· Must have great customer service and listening skills
· Strong computer skill and Reynolds experience is an asset

Pay: $46,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
