Duties
- Perform various nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure the health and safety of clients.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Provide body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort throughout the process.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty techniques.
- Foster a positive atmosphere by building rapport with clients and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and products.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell services effectively.
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally and courteously.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Certification or license in nail technology as required by state regulations.
