Job Overview
We are looking for students with experience in Online Sales, specifically selling clothes, shoes and accessories on multiple sales platforms. For example, Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, eBay, etc.
This role involves managing online listings: use necessary spreadsheets etc for recording sales from the various sites, keeping track of sales from each platform: ability to track a sale on one platform, and then remove the sold item from the other platform. Prepare the item for pickup.
I'll be there the entire time working with you to do what needs to get done!
Responsibilities
- Create and manage online product listings for clothing, shoes, and accessories with accurate descriptions and appealing visuals
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or messaging platforms
- Assist customers with product selections, sizing information, and order processing
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently through the online platform
Requirements
- English and French knowledge speaking and writing
- Knowledge of online selling platforms and e-commerce tools.
- Basic computer literacy including familiarity with social media and online communication channels
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.10 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
