We’re a specialty coffee shop located in the financial district, focused on great coffee and thoughtfully made pastries, and we’re looking for an experienced Production Baker to join our team in a part-time role (15–20 hours/week).
This is a standalone position, ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and takes pride in staying organized and on top of their production flow. Early morning/weekend availability is required.
Food Handler certificate required.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare batters, loaves, and cookies in bulk for daily bake-off
- Maintain consistency and quality across all products
- Manage ingredient and product inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Anticipate ordering needs and communicate with management
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-structured workspace
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve independently during shifts
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a production baker (required)
- Inventory management experience (required)
- Confidence working with bulk recipes and production systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A self-driven, reliable approach to independent work
- Comfort with early morning hours
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
