Stadia Industries is a glass and door service provider with a growing contracts division. We are currently seeking a qualified Project Manager with estimating experience who knows how to bring a project to life, be accountable for its day to day operations and see it through to completion. The successful applicant will spend approximately 60% of their time in the office and 40% of their time on job sites.
Must be able/familiar with:
- Reading construction drawings
- Commercial aluminum framing such as: Curtain walls, B tube, Flush glazed
- Different types of glass and glass colors with the ability to identify the differences
- Door hardware and how it operates
- Ontario Building Code requirements
- Microsoft Project and Excel
